Are you our new agent?
Adecco A/S is on the outlook for candidates to LNeurocom Tele Services A/S' technical support and customer services department.
As agent you will provide support via telephone and E-mail and must insure our international customers an excellent service level. Together with your team you will have to identify and solve technical problems via telephone and provide customers a professional and positive experience. For this you need to stay on top of all new information and be eager to provide exceptional customer service.
It is important that you speak, understand and write English as well as one of the following combinations:

Norwegian and Swedish,
Norwegian and Danish,
Norwegian and Finnish,
Swedish and Danish,
Swedish and Finish or
Finish and Danish.

Technical qualifications:
• You currently hold, or have earlier held a position in which you had contact with customers
• It is an advantage to have worked in a call centre or with customer service before
• You are fluent in English, both in speech and writing, and in addition to this you also speak either Danish, Swedish, Finish or Norwegian
• You easily make yourself familiar with technical equipment and you are interested in technology in all its various forms

Personal qualifications:
• You are service minded, courteous and professional, always happy to help the customers
• You like being on the phone all day
• You feel secure about handling all kinds of problems
• You are organized and disciplined, especially when working with computers
• You have great communication skills
