PRESENTATION
We have one open position within our Global IT department.
You will be responsible for the day to day support and maintenance of IMPs IT Infrastructure. You are service focused, self motivated and able to work within an established frame work.
You will be based in Malmo and as a member of a global support team you will be involved in project work and international travel.

• Support for all IMP desktop users either locally or remotely
• Support the operation and administration of IMPs servers.
• Support the operation of the common services, Exchange, Anti-virus and FTP.
• Escalate problems/issues through IT Services Management and suppliers.
• Testing, implementation and roll out of all approved new versions of software.
• Setup, installation and first line support of hardware.
• Carry out any equipment moves as requested.
• Manage the supply and usage of all consumables and spare parts for desktops, printers and other office equipment.
• Carry out any LAN physical or logical administration as requested.
• Provide out of hours support for IMP infrastructure.
ErfarenhetKey Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
• Microsoft operating systems and applications (3 years minimum).
• Experience of supporting users remotely and locally.
• Working experience of Active Directory
• IT Infrastructure technical knowledge.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP protocol.
• Service focused.
• Good communicator.
Application in English is required.
