Do you have a great technical interest, experience from printing or paper making and have genuine interest in customers and business? Then you can become the key link between customer and production at Holmen Paper to ensure that feedback from the market reaches our mills and that we continue to develop in the future.
To Holmen Paper's Technical Support, we are looking for two employees who are committed to ensuring Holmen Paper as the first choice of customers by meeting our customers' expectations. You will belong to Holmen Paper's central market organization and be part of a team of 10 people, of which five are located in Sweden.
Your future challenge:
Technical Support has the task of assisting Holmen Paper's organization and above all our customers with the technical competence regarding printing, paper quality and problem solving. You are one of the most important Holmen Paper representatives to our customers!
Your main tasks such as Technical Support consist of:
• Follow up test printing with new and existing customers
• Participate in product care
• Manage complaints by investigating, visiting and consulting customers
• Actively participate in product development and return ideas and feedback from our customers to the paper mill
To succeed in your work:
We put great importance to the fact that you have the right personal qualities. To succeed in the role, you need to be a business- and quality-oriented person who has the ability to work independently. The position includes many trips, so we want you to be a flexible person who enjoys visiting customers. You take a big responsibility for your duties, act in a committed manner towards customers and do your own work in a precise manner.
The work involves many contacts both internally and externally and we assume that you always meet your customers and contacts in a positive and professional manner. You communicate in a good way and the work requires that you are fluent in both in Swedish and English, both in speaking and in writing. Other language skills are meritorious but no requirement.
You who are applying have several years of work experience, either in the printing, paper making or related industry. You have a technical college education or equivalent solid work experience.
In addition, you have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and easy to learn new IT systems. It is meritorious if you have experience of a business system.

The work is independent, developing and technically challenging. In the Technical Support group, you will be an important link between our customers, the central market organization and production.
Your workplace will be on our paper mill Braviken outside Norrköping. The position is a full-time employment. Acting customer-oriented sometimes means quick changes, as well as work and travel at irregular times. You will be visiting customers for about 80 travel days a year.
