TECHNICAL SUPPORT PANASONIC AIR-CONDITIONING
We are now looking for a Technical Support for our Nordic range of air-conditioning products. This position is located in our Nordic headquarter south of Stockholm. As a Technical Support your main tasks will be:

' General technical support to our distributors/installers and sales force in the field of air conditioning systems and heat pumps

' Incident and problem analysis (mostly by phone
and email)

' Consultancy on field

' Design and planning of air conditioning and heat pump systems with our design programs

' Preparation of technical documentations, sales and training materials and project studies

' Technical monitoring and analysis of competitors

' Supervision and of our external service network You need to have documented training in master refrigeration and heating technology. Also, you need to have 2-4 years of experience in the heating and cooling field (e.g. hydraulics, laws, norms). Good knowledge in Swedish and English is essential (both verbal and written). As a person you are flexibel, a good teamplayer and have a positive mind set.
