WHO YOU ARE
We are now looking for a Technical Support for our Workplace support team in Älmhult.
We are looking for you with the passion for providing great customer service!
You are a person that:
• Are service minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks. You like that all days doesn't look the same.
• Have education or equivalent working experience in IT toolsets and AV/digital meeting equipment and a good knowledge in Office 365 especially Microsoft Teams and Zoom as digital meeting platforms.
• Have a positive attitude to changes, a willingness and curiosity of relevant technical standards, trends, and innovations and by that renew and improve to find the best technical solutions for the future together in deep collaboration with the product responsible.
• Have an overall interest of broadcasting, streaming and other technical areas connected to meetings.
• Are a team player, always willing to support, living the IKEA values.
• Communicate effectively both spoken and written, in English and Swedish
• Are capable to also support our Workplace operation sites in Helsingborg and Malmö.
• Have a valid Swedish driving license
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide professional end-user technical support for IKEA co-workers and external business partners with a service minded approach. Be part of the daily business at Ingka AB Technical and Office Support team presence to ensure minimal business impact.
Your main tasks will be to:
• Co-ordinate, execute, support and follow-up different activities at IKEA units within workplaces such as technical meeting support, broadcast and technical meeting support.
• Be operational responsible for and securing that the technical solutions in the meeting rooms are working according to business needs and guidelines.
• Be the bridge between event coordinator/meeting support and the internal IKEA customer regarding technical needs for meetings and or events.
• Be a part of the daily business in the Office Support team.
• Inspire both customers and colleagues and act as an ambassador for the workplace.
• Constantly grow and expand personal knowledge, capabilities and motivation with IKEA values close at heart.
