Job description
In this position as a Support Engineer at Toyota, you act as an Application Specialist and 3rd line support with responsibility for monitoring, handling incidents and requests from our customers.
The role also includes:
• Responsibility for initial diagnosis and actions, or if a solution is not available, pass forward to the next level of support.
• Handling of high-priority cases and provide solutions to meet the platform's accessibility requirements.
• Actively support 1st and 2nd line support in all aspects of problem resolution, while keeping them informed.
• Together with product management, you are responsible for training of the 2nd line support team, what we call Train the trainer - this for all subsidiaries in the company.
You belong to the Customer Technical Support department within the Quality function in Mjölby and work in a dynamic and supportive team.
Your profile
We are looking for you who have/are:
• Engineering education or equivalent relevant work experience for the position.
• Developed problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• A great interest and know-how in IT and technology to be able to collaborate well across different competence groups.
• Curious and want to learn new things
• Service-oriented with the customer in focus.
It is an advantage if you have:
• Experience with Kubernetes and Azure.
• Experience in back-office support.
