The Electric Drive Controls are building an innovated and robust SW platform for the next generation of hybrid and electrical vehicles. Our mission is to create a reliable, fast and secure electric drive system to enable the next generation of state-of-the-art electric vehicles.
Your mission
As a Technical expert you will lead the vision and the strategy development within the Electric Drive organization. You will take on the responsibility to promote and drive the technology used internally and externally by capturing capture research, technology and business trends and make assessments in ED Control Systems for early introductions of Programs. You will manage technology roadmaps and lead strategic discussions.
You will Initiate and lead research projects, advanced engineering programs and organizational development in order to ensure readiness of key technology. In this role you will also have the responsibility deliver education material, teaching activities, conference papers and being a speaker at conferences. You will be the face of the Electric Drive Controls in promoting the work at different advanced research and educational institutes.
You and your skills
We believe that the right candidate have PhD or M.Sc. degree in Electrical engineering or similar, elevated with relevant work experience.
At least 5 to 10 years of hands-on work in related technology area and product development would be a mandatory requirement to take on this position.
You have skills to drive design trade-offs of Electric Drive Systems relative to Inverter Controls ECU achitecture with respect to vehicle ECu arhitecture.
You are fluent in English, have international experiences and possess a driving license.
On a personal level you are good at maintaining internal and external networks and have demonstrated high level of communication skill, teamwork and negotiation skill.
You are highly results oriented person with the ability of conceptual thinking. You have comprehensive experience from driveline development work and proven capability to lead an internal team in the deliveries of technical objectives. You are business and customer oriented individual with high ability to drive and implement changes.
