Our customers are located all over the world and have high expectations and demands on service and support. The Aftermarket Department supplies service that solves problems, creates trust, builds relations and always has the customer in focus.
The mainly focus for a Technical Specialist is to work with technical support and with service activities onboard ships for our global customers. The job includes to provide training for both end-users and our distributor's service engineers. Working as a Technical Specialist demands a high level of independence and confidence in yourself as well as in the company. Since basically all our customers are located abroad, it is important that you as a person, enjoy travelling.

Qualifications
• Engineering degree from University or equivalent experience, preferably within electronics and/or data
• 1-2 years documented experienced from work within a technical field is also required
For success in this position good skills in buildning relationships is needed and you need to be fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Driving license class B is required.
