Technical Specialist

Neopost is growing especially in our new Business Services and is hence searching for a Technical specialist for implementation of Neopost Sweden's new software services, both from the Head-Quarter in France as well as locally developed solutions.
Your responsibility will be to do the actual deliverance of the solutions that have been sold.
This includes:
• Proposal design and content, based on our product portfolio
• Taking responsibility of the deliverance
• Act as local project manager. Project management, coordination and interfacing with NEOPOST's product marketing, support and R&D teams.
• Project design with the associated services and the involved teams
• Test the solutions before delivered to the customer
• Do the actual implementation & training
• Define the integration instructions and provide this to the technical / delivery team on every project
• Evaluate and validate the necessary changes to be made in order to implement them in our professional software
• Ensure the solution delivery delivered solution respecting both NEOPOST's and Customer's constraints
• Drive of the customer validation process
Personal Profile:
This is a great opportunity for a skilled Technical Specialist with a genuine technical interest in IT and 2-3 years' experience in IT Projects and 3 years + in Technical development. The successful candidate will be part of an increasingly successful and growing business. You will have to interface with the Sales Team and other Stakeholder's internally as well as Customers externally.
As the successful candidate you can manage multiple projects efficiently and meet required deadlines. You are good at and have a willingness to understand and solve problems. You have a willingness to learn new things in depth and good at working technical hands-on. Furthermore you have a strong customer orientation. You are a completer that realizes the importance of happy customers.
You are taking ownership, driven for solutions as well as process driven. You are able to speak and write English and fluent in Swedish. Hands-on IT-experience and enjoying working with IT-technical issues is more important than formal education for this role. You are confident at using Microsoft office especially Excel, Word and Power- Point.
