We are looking for a Technical Specialist within CoroPlus.
Tasks
• Pre-requisites to be able to use CoroPlus Inisights - shared to customer
• Onboarding Q&A to support sales and integration staff when guiding the customer and assessing integration cost
• List of recommended IT suppliers
• Sourcing table for machine adapters for multiple brands, with contact details, prices and technical considerations

Investigation work:
• Investigate and identify potential IT-OT suppliers and IT recommended partners
• Maintain risk analysis and secure mitigation strategies
• Support business to secure T&Cs are appropriate for where we are responsible

Engagements with product team:
• spend time within the team to understand the product
• advise on backlog where development needs are missing that enable smooth and effective integration
• Consider and advise on how the connectivity team should be structured within the product landscape.

Technical Requirements
• Has worked with integration and installation of software solutions at customer sites, preferably in the manufacturing sector
• Experience of enabling cloud based software at customer premises, such as working with security, firewalls, virtual machines etc.
• Experience with IT-OT bridge technology
• Hands on software development experience (to be able to configure SW at the customer that may need some custom scripting to work around local IT systems)
• Direct experience setting up CNC machine network communications
• Experience working with IoT protocols such as MQTT, OPC-UA, MTConnect (or Control system specific for Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, Mazatrol)
