Description
Our Engineering department is now creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a technical specialist to be responsible for our NVH lab (Noise, Vibration, Hardness).
You will be responsible of running and developing Nevs NVH-testing lab for complete car/ systems/ components). You will use your technical skills and your ability to plan and lead others, in order to meet expectations from both internal and external customers. The role will also include.
• Running and development of the laboratory equipment and processes.
• Test work and operating.
• Preparation and planning of tests and try outs.
• Set up the right manning and ordering resources to meet the needs of each project.
• External contacts and planning for consultants.
• Outsourcing of tests to external laboratories when necessary.
• Accountability for achieving the objectives to each project.
• Continuous development of efficient processes and procedures.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• Relevant experience and technical skills in the work area, at least 10 years, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Degree in Master of Science or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of NVH measuring and analysis.
You master English, both spoken and written.
