A world of knowledge
During the 2-year development program, we provide extraordinary technology, industry- and solution training, shadowing opportunities and consultative sales training through a combination of classroom training and online resources as well as hands-on field experience, phone sales and structured support. We will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to make an immediate impact and achieve individual growth.

You will be part of a local team while also surrounded by technical specialists who are eager to share their knowledge - and who are never more than a phone call away.

Become the client's trusted technical advisor
As a technical solution graduate, your role will involve technical consulting with our clients, helping them design solutions that suit their business needs. Doing so, you will collaborate closely with our sales teams who initiate contact with new clients - following which you help determine which solutions to implement.

While you will primarily assist in compounding existing components to create custom solutions, you will also perform light coding and hands-on development when needed. Following in the footsteps of your experienced colleagues, you will learn to:

Deliver industry-centric technology solutions to clients of all sizes and in all markets
Drive revenue through in-depth, complex technical demonstrations as well as designing solutions, technical evaluations and/or proof-of-concepts
Partner with clients and demonstrate your technical expertise to assist your sales counterpart - and helping to maintain client satisfaction
Use your technical insight to engage clients and develop trust and credibility

Apply your business perspective to the world of IT solutions
To become a graduate IBMer, you will need a degree in computer science, data science, computer engineering, analytics, electrical engineering, information technology or a similar discipline.

Moreover, we are looking for people who have a challenger mentality. To us, that means a real passion for client success, sales achievement and daily collaboration with clients and other IBM teammates. You will be challenged and at the same time will have endless possibilities to pursue.

If you have that, you can work with solutions for communication, retail, media distribution or financial services. Or maybe you want to focus on our industrial and public markets across solutions?

You can also dig even deeper into our technology and work with analytics, customer engagement or even cloud, Internet of Things, security, server and storage hardware and IT-infrastructure.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Experience in technical solution design and architectures
Facilitate technical guidance and enablement
First experience in demonstrating Proof of Concepts or Proof of Technology
