For our client we are looking for 2 Technical Solution Responsible

As TSR you will be responsible for the IT-delivery within Business Solution Online. You will be in the center of things, managing the operation on a daily basis, as well as securing the delivery capacity over time to ensure a stable production environment that meets the demands of our business and Online customers.
You will be a part of a team with a good team spirit, open mindset and with the drive to improve.
You will work very closely with our outsourcing partner's Application Operations team, development divisions and business team.
As TSR your daily work will be:
Responsible for and proactively drive the work to secure daily operations
Coordinate and follow up incidents, problems and changes
Drive continuous service improvement together with other teams and our outsourcing partner and/or third party vendors.
Follow up on delivery against our SLA's
Develop and contribute in the continuous work with the maintenance and operational plans
Responsible for Operational documentation and routines are updated and in place
Create and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders and suppliers
Follow up daily delivery and report continuously to Operational Area Responsible and applicable stakeholders
