hela Sverige ICC (Integration Competence Center) Operation is now looking for a TSR to join our team within Infrastructure & Operations, I&O. We work in a creative and innovative area where our main goal is to deliver world class integration services! To enable this we need to make sure we have a stable, well performing and secure infrastructure and application environment.
Find your place in a fast moving environment where you as TSR have a key role within the ICC delivery. You will be TSR for one of our integration platforms, called Swix and platform is built of several products e.g. Microsoft BizTalk and IBM WMQ. You will be responsible for the integration part of Swix and you will work close together with the existing TSR for Swix platform. You will share resources with the TSR for Swix Platform and lead them together in their daily work.
Communication and cooperation with a big number of areas within the H&M IT organisation is an essential part of this role due the nature of an integration platform. You will work together with your OAR (Operational Area Responsible), your fellow TSR, your technical team in collaboration with Development divisions and other areas within the I&O organisation.
Your responsibilities
• Be responsible for the daily operation
• Plan, follow up and monitor the delivery
• Lead our local and offshore Application Technicians together with the TSR for ICC Swix Platform
• Participate and contribute around the establishment and management of maintenance plans
• Participate in projects
• Plan for development / change in the technical environment together with the TSR for ICC Swix Platform
• Coordinate maintenance work together with the TSR for ICC Swix Platform
• Implement and monitor orders, Change and Release.
• Have dialogue with your OAR and TSR for ICC Swix Platform and Application Technicians regarding existing infrastructure, operations and support issues.
• Follow up the offshore supplier
• Contribute to the improvement and development of ICC specific processes as well as H&M's processes for Incident and Problem Management
• Report to OAR
Your skills
• Have the experience to lead, coach, delegate, and follow up and get a team working towards the same goal
• Have a genuine interest and ability to build good relations and the ability to see the big picture and have strong delivery thinking in everything you do
• Are driven by challenges and finding ways to improve
• Have the ability to communicate and cooperate between different team, both technical and non-technical
• Are driven in your work and like to work in a dynamic environment with constant changes
• Like to work in team, but will still be able to work independently within the framework of a project/management situation
• Experience from BizTalk or other integration platforms is beneficial
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English
It is a merit if you have experience from working together with offshore suppliers and technicians. It is also an extra plus if you have experience from working with externally managed services.
