Application Operation Online is currently looking for a TSR with overall responsibility for I&O-deliveries towards H&M Customer Service globally.
As a TSR within Customer Service you will work in a very exciting, challenging and dynamic area with high priority IT servicesy. You have the ability to maintain a holistic view as well as looking into details when needed. The ability to identify and focus on the most important areas and tasks comes natural to you. You have the ability to work and focus on today's as well as future problems and opportunities. Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M TSR comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Manage and control all aspects of the I&O-delivery for H&M Customer Service
• Plan and prioritize deliveries
• Drive continuous service improvement
• Drive/participate in service procurement activities towards vendors
• Cooperation with all IT divisions and line of business as and when needed
• Establish, apply, integrate and improve processes needed for service delivery
• Secure that new or changed services can be put into production
• Follow up daily delivery and report continuously to OAR and applicable stakeholders
• Together with 3rd-party vendors suggest service improvements
Your skills

• Experience of managing IT deliveries within Infrastructure & Operations
• A service minded approach with constant customer focus
• High ability to communicate and prioritize
• Competence to understand new requirements and their impact on existing services
• Experience of management and control of vendor delivered services
• Experience and knowledge of ITIL , ITSM and DevOps
• Preferable, but not required, is experience from Customer Service or a Contact Center environment
• To be able to write and speak fluently in Swedish and English is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel, mostly domestic
