Do you want to enable green energy transition and together with colleagues build customized HVDC control systems to meet our customers' and the world's needs for sustainable, flexible, and secure energy?
We are convinced that HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) technology, solutions for energy transfer with direct current at high voltages, is a long-term sustainable solution. The technology is used for energy transmission over long distances and to connect electricity networks with minimal losses. In addition to energy transfer, HVDC technology also alleviates electricity quality problems and can contribute to the stabilization of connected power grids. For offshore wind power or long-distance underwater transmissions, direct current is the only realistic energy transmission alternative.

We are looking for an engaging and driven person to the position Technical Solution Owner - IT and CS systems. You will be a part of the HVDC Control and Protection Hardware and OT/IT systems management team.
As a solution owner, you are responsible for the complete and consistent package of processes, methods and related software solution for the Station Control Monitoring systems including Cyber security requirements. You will be working in a global team with local footprint in Ludvika, Sweden.
Your responsibilities
Consolidate and represent the needs of our organization in company solution definition terms.
Co-ordinate the refinement of standard concepts and update our processes and methods.
Define and track deployment of our solutions towards projects and tenders.
Plan and co-ordinate managed solution ensuring proper set up for supporting services.
Provide training and share your own knowledge within the organization.
Keep track of technical issues, new releases and any relevant information and share it between all projects.
Your background
Multi-annual professional experience in IT and OT software development with a background in computer science is preferable.
Knowledge of state-of-the-art methods and tools for HMI development and sub station SCADA systems.
Experience in international and inter-cultural cooperation since the role demands working in international setting.
It is important that you have a strong interest in technology and willingness to share your knowledge.
