hela Sverige We are looking for a serviceminded Technical Services Engineer with a passion for technology! It 's a full time work and you will start as soon as possible. Welcome with your application, the recruitment process will start when applications come in.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to a global company in Lund. In this role you will give advanced technical support by telephone, web portals and chat systems. It is important to deliver a high service level for the customers in different countries in Europe. You will be responsible for scheduling including chat availability, phone availability and new employee introduction trainings. You will belong to a Technical Services Engineer- team.
Who are we looking for?
It 's important that you have a passion for technology! You have a technical background and experience from service organizations, and maybe you been involved in building and implementing new services and systems. You have experience of working with SLA. You have an IT education and experience of customer support. You have a good technical foundation to stand on with Network and Windows.
As a Technical Services Engineer will be supporting other countries around the world it is highly relevant to have the ability to speak and write English fluently. It is an advantage if you are fluent in more languages, please write in your application which languages you are fluent in.
We are looking for a person with good communication skills, a team-player and someone who be able to organize your work. You are flexible, social and open-minded.
