You will build a deep knowledge and understanding of our network video products, video management systems, and other products to be able to support our customers in a highly autonomous way. You will be a part of a wide team of around 50 colleagues.

This position is in Lund, the southern part of Sweden, in close proximity to Malmö and Copenhagen.

What You'll Do here as a Technical Services Engineer:

* You will provide profound technical support to our French-speaking partners and customers located in EMEA.
* You will troubleshoot and communicate with customers through a web-based ticketing system, telephone support and chat system.
* You have a lab with our camera portfolio and supportive colleagues that allow you to dig deeper into complex scenarios in the back end.



Your primary responsibility will be to:

* Provide "first-call resolution" wherever possible and have ownership of issues through fulfilment.
* Ask customers targeted questions to understand the root of the problem quickly.
* Succinctly and effectively answer customer service queries.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
* Escalate to other departments
* Assist with system navigation, first-time installations etc.



Who are we looking for?
Working as a Technical Services Engineer requires good communication and problem-solving skills. We believe that being communicative and self-sufficient is important to be successful in this role. Understanding professional communication, adapting to the customer needs and following up with customers are important requirements.

Since you, as a Technical Services Engineer, will be supporting the Axis France team, you must be able to both speak and write French and English fluently.


We'd love to hear that you have/are:

* Customer-oriented
* A good technical foundation to stand on, including Network concepts and Microsoft Windows OS, preferably from an IT education and/or work experience
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writings
* Experience in technical troubleshooting
* Previous experience with Ticket system
* Stress resilient and ability to prioritize tasks
* Team player with good collaboration skills and an ability to fit in a group quick, give and take concept



Bonus points for:

* Knowing extra European language in both verbal and writings
* Previous experience with French-speaking customers
* Previous experience with SalesForce environment (Service Cloud)
