BMW Group Northern Europe is looking for a Technical Services and Warranty Manager.

Technical Services and Warranty Manager will be responsible for all Technical Services activities and Warranty/Goodwill processes. The main objective for the position is to ensure that the annual expenditure results in enhanced customer satisfaction, and that the processes employed and products sold increase the potential for profitability for both the BMW of Northern Europe and its dealers.

Mission and responsibilities
The Technical Services and Warranty Manager will be responsible for leading the department to analyze and create solutions for the different technical issues. The person will also be responsible for developing and implementing Northern Europe wide policies and procedures for the various warranties.

The responsibility for the Technical Services and Warranty Manager is ensuring fast and stable technical support to the retail network in all seven countries for both MINI and BMW. The person will coordinate technical activities with markets and Technical Services department in Munich. The technical services and warranty manager will coordinate technical solutions with relevant departments in AG. Further the person is responsible for the AG liaison for Technical and Warranty issues for Northern Europe. Developing and adapt warranty policies and procedures specifically for the NE markets is also included in the position. Moreover the person is responsible for ensuring that proper measurement and analysis tools are in place to effectively steer warranty and technical service activities. Ensure proper procedures are in place to maintain efficient recall and campaign processes. Ensure that an adequate communication strategy is in place for all markets.

Experience/Education
To meet the demands for the position as Technical Services and Warranty Manager you have a relevant business education or equivalent experience. The person has knowledge of workshop processes. Further you have proven leadership skills with relevant managerial experience leading a large team. You have experience from project management. The person has advanced level of computer skills (MS Office).

The function is located in Sollentuna, Sweden.

Languages

Fluent speaking in English and preferably in one Nordic language.
