Technical Service Representative
Nalco has an opening for a Technical Service Representative in our Pulp and Paper District covering Karlstad area of Sweden. The Technical Service Representative will be primarily responsible for supporting and developing business opportunities with existing key Nalco accounts and assisting the project management and start-up phase of business as required. Main Responsibilities: Chemical program management (program development/recommendations), problem solving & trouble shooting, interfacing with customers from field personnel to top tier management at assigned customer sites. Day to day management of client relationships, including site visits to review, evaluate and monitor equipment performance. Development and management of business within key target areas.
Qualifications: Relevant industry experience (Water treatment within the Pulp and Paper Industry). Degree level study in Chemical Engineering, Engineering or Chemistry or equivalent experience would be an advantage but is not a must. The desired candidate will have professional experience to include: Previous experience working with Pulp and Paper Processes and process improvement utilizing chemical solutions as an engineer or engineer with additional sales experience. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely on technical matters and a solid commitment to first class customer service and support. In order to be considered for this role you must hold a valid driving license.
