We are now looking for a Service Engineer to work with the product line "Material Handling", Underground Loaders and Trucks.
As Technical Service Engineer within Material Handling you have a key role in supporting and maintaining existing products in the field and also being a major stakeholder in future new product development projects.
The mission for a Technical Service Engineer in this role includes the following areas, but not limited to:
Support our warranty End to End process
Review and update technical documentation
Conduct training sessions both internally and externally
Create and maintain technical product training packages
Respond to technical inquires emerging from various stakeholders
Provide input to work within "Continuous Product Improvement", CPI
Support all relevant functions regarding the Material Handling products
Conduct start-ups and support Customer Centre's in commissioning of new equipment
Support new development projects ensuring that MRS needs are included and secured
Service Engineers within Technical Service Field Operations frequently travel internationally.
Competence requirements
- Relevant computer proficient
- Good command of the English language
- Technical education at preferably minimum high school level
Personal requirements
Applicants must be highly flexible, possess good interpersonal and pedagogic skills.
- An analytic mind set with a strong commitment towards issue resolution.
- Possess the ability to maintain high productivity in changing and sometimes challenging work environments.
- Always willing to share knowledge and information in a humble and educative way, contributing to a competence sharing environment.
