Your mission
As a Technical Service Desk Engineer you will together with your committed and competent colleagues, troubleshoot and resolve third line issues for our customers and partners with problems in the Teleopti Application Suite. We have Service Desk teams in Stockholm, Beijing and Denver which gives us a 24/7 organization.
Tasks can be:
• Troubleshoot integrations with external platforms such as CTI (telephony platforms), "payroll" systems, AD etc.
• Troubleshoot SQL and put SQL query
• Apply software updates on customer's server environment remotely
• Actively initiate improvements regarding solution quality
• Maintain and improve skills in development techniques
• Cooperate with other roles and departments within Teleopti to find root causes and solve problems.
Your skills
We believe that you have a technical post-secondary graduate education or university degree and minimum two years of relevant experience from technical support. You have good knowledge of SQL server. It is an advantage if you are familiar with Work Force Management systems (WFM).
You are a person with drive and analytical skills who likes to be a part of a team. You take creative initiatives, have a passion for new challenges and work systematically to achieve your goals. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where change is a natural element and the decision paths are short. You have a problem-solving attitude combined with excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in Swedish.
