The role of Expert Services is to help our customers to maximise their profitability derived from the operation and use of their assets. Improving customer's operational performance and quality is a high potential business growth area for Tetra Pak Technical Service, leveraging on domain knowledge and enhancing Tetra Pak's reputation with our customers.
THE POSITION:
The job holder is responsible for managing and improving Expert Service consulting expertise, by enhancing / developing TPM (Total productive maintenance) based delivery tools and methodologies through constant feedback from the global Expert Services consultant colleagues. This role is based in Lund.
Major responsibilities:
• Lead the development and life cycle management of our Expert Services consulting (TPM based) delivery materials and methodologies
• To support the global network of Expert Services staff by verifying, refining and improving our ways of working through continuous feedback from customers and our global network of Expert Services consultants
• To drive growth in technical sales through innovation and the effectiveness of Expert Services materials and methodologies
Qualifications/Experience:
• 3 years proven expertise of implementing TPM / WCM (World Class manufacturing) services within the Liquid Food manufacturing environment. With a proven understanding of customer operational losses and a positive service mind set with customer focus. Experience selling consulting services to customers is a plus.
• High level interpersonal and communications skills are required to build and interface with Expert Services global network with demonstrable evidence of driving change.
• You have a Degree in industrial management or relevant discipline. Project management skills are required and you excel both at written and spoken English.
