We are now looking for a Technical Sales Professional/Field SupportEngineer to our office in Lund.
Job description:
Provide on site technical support to workshops and fleets, distributors and other interested parties
Regularly visit and provide support and education to Expert Network Workshops
Provide on site investigation of underperforming products and queried warranty claims
Assist KB workshops and fleet partners with their first installation of retro-fit products
Supply frequent feedback of market status and identified opportunities within the Nordic countries
Collect and maintain information in CRM systems
Providing product & system knowledge and the use of service tools and diagnostic equipment.
In coordination with Account Management, provide bespoke technical trainings for distributors
Create and provide a comprehensive training schedule accessible to participants throughout the Nordic Countries and translation of training material

Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronic Engineering
3-5 years work experience of professional technical and systems experience in a comparable environment, preferably in the Commercial Vehicle Industry within the field of Air Braking Systems
Driving license
Swedish and English written and spoken
Danish, German, Finish and Norwegian are meritorious

Personality:
You are dynamic and self- motivated
You have good communication and collaboration skills
You are eager to learn new technical concepts/solutions

In this role you travel 60% of your working time and it is important that you are flexible to travel as required by customers and business needs.
Reseidence location is preferably Greater Malmö area.
