As the Technical Sales & Service Manager you will be part of Tetra Pak Processing Components (TPPC). We develop, manufacture and supply market-leading processing components for the dairy, cheese, ice cream, beverage and prepared food industries. We supply our components via a worldwide network of market companies.
Your role will be to develop Technical Sales & Service (TS&S) products and drive the TS&S business for the installed base of key components from TPPC. The work has to be done in a synchronised and transparent cooperation with our Tetra Pak market clusters, Tetra Pak Dairy, Beverage & Prepared Food (DBF) and the Tetra Pak Processing Systems (TPPS) TS&S network.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• To drive the development of a competitive product portfolio of TS&S products. The product portfolio mainly consists of our heat exchangers, separators and homogenizers.
• To support the sales growth of TS&S products for key components together with product management in TPPC and the market clusters.
• To work with TS&S development projects in TPPC as project leader and to drive the projects as an active project member.
• To represent Tetra Pak Processing Components in the global TPPS technical service network.
• To be a process driver for the Technical Sales & Service Process in TPPC.
Publiceringsdatum2008-04-10KvalifikationerYou have excellent communication skills and a critical mindset. You also have a good command in English, both written and spoken.
The successful candidate has degree within engineering or business administration. You have 5-6 years experience from sales of Technical Sales & Service to customer and from Product Management. We will also consider shown experiences in business and product development. Experience from working in a Market Company is seen as a merit.
