Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for overall activities including but not limited to; development of detailed business plans for assigned accounts, maintaining customer information and FCST in CRM, following through on activity based strategies to achieve business plan/revenue goals, develop high level relationships within assigned accounts, and interact with other regional managers in supporting opportunities requiring global coordination across various regions with Global OEM and Tier1 Carrier Accounts.

Secondary Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting sales and marketing efforts in an assigned region that results in meeting sales revenue targets and acquiring new business. The technical sales supports all stages of the sales development and opportunity campaigns in positioning Comba brand, technology and solutions working with the sales manager and product managers across the BUs and other functional teams in a team-based approach that ensures technical expertise and product training to assigned accounts. High frequency of face-to-face calls, presentations and professionally demonstrate Comba solutions. Travel is required.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong technical and or engineering background, posse?s analytical skills, problem solving skills, written and verbal skills, and interpersonal skills. They should also use methodical, strategic and hands-on approaches to solving problems and strategically positioning Comba solutions.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical sales and business development.
• Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile telecommunication (BTS, antenna, RF condition product, etc.)
• Dealing with the Europe mobile operators and OEMs, especially in Nordic countries
• Prior RF product management and technical marketing experience in global company
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Ability to communicate and build working relationships with Technical Managers, engineers and buyers.
• Proven ability in successfully driving business development and sales activities
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Travel is required and expected to be meeting with customers 50% of the time in home region and traveling across Europe in other regions as assigned.

DUTIES

• developing and growing long-term relationships with customers;
• managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with business partners to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
• persuading business partners that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• preparing business partner quotations;
• negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both business partner and company needs;
• negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;
• offering after-sales support services;
• administering business partner accounts;
• analyzing costs and sales;
• preparing reports for head office;
• working with sales to meeting regular sales targets;
• recording and maintaining business partner contact data;
• coordinating sales projects;
• supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
• making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets business partner needs;
• providing pre-sales technical assistance
