The Role

Join a multi-disciplined team at a leading international engineering company. This is a key role for an experienced, goal-driven sales engineer with at least 5 years broad sales and engineering experience. The successful candidate is likely to have had previous experience with sales of fluid controls and systems and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record with sales to distribution partners, OEMs and end users. ARI pride themselves on the number of major projects thy undertake, the chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring the right equipment arrives in the right place at the right time.

You'll be responsible for the district Stockholm + the north of Sweden and therefor the job includes traveling and we require driving license.

The responsibilities include:
Taking full responsibility for prospecting, quotation, sales and completion of contracts, profitably, in the designated territory
Agreeing and authoring specifications with clients leading to quotations and tendering
Achieve given sales goals
Understand customer requirements and provide sales/marketing support
Generating high-quality sales leads and order processing
Identify and report on potential new markets, industries, and opportunities within the Swedish market
Develop and maintain order pipeline using CRM
Provide regular ARI Product training and seminar
Reporting progress against the plan both verbally and in writing

Is this you?

In this recruitment, your personal attributes will be of great importance! You are communicative by nature and always striving after a high level of solution orientation. You have the ability to work on your own and organize your work independently. As ARI is a global organization, they seek for new team members who are open minded.
You have at least 5 years of asset experience within a similar role from the valve related industry. It is a merit if you have knowledge and experience of distributor and OEM business. You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, although previous relevant sales and technical experience is equally important. You have high analytical skills, but we also value your commercial mindset, together with a strong negotiation skill and a business-oriented approach when it comes to see the link between business and risk events. Furthermore, you have strong problem-solving ability and closing skills to drive sale. You are equally comfortable in both a business and technical context, interacting with executives and talking shop with technical audiences.
Excellent skills in English and Swedish, both oral and written, are essential. Additionally, it is desirable if you speak some German. Moreover, we expect you to have excellent presentation skills.
