Role description:
We are looking for a driven and outgoing technical sales engineer who wants to work in a healthy and growing organization. You will be representing a well-established company with a good reputation in the industry. We can offer a stimulating and varied job position which includes approximately 70-80 days of traveling per year.
The main part of the job will however be spent in our head office in Gothenburg. Since our customer base and marketing efforts are rapidly expanding, we require an enthusiastic and talented Technical Sales Engineer to support our sales efforts and contribute towards new sales and development strategies.
The Technical Sales Engineer will be key in supporting our reputation by expanding market awareness of our solutions and services, managing sales projects and relationships with customers worldwide. The job position will also include a certain amount of staff responsibility. For the right person there is a big opportunity to grow within the company.
Skills and Abilities:
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• 5-7 years of sales experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Technical interest and background. Preferably an engineer education within machinery/industry.
• Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
• Fluent verbal and written skills in English as well as Swedish.
• A humble yet fearless approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Listening skills and the ability to confidently communicate with people at all levels of an organization.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to envision strategic opportunities in a highly dynamic environment.
• Desire to grow within the company and deal with multiple market responsibilities, as well as facilitating new business development for company growth.
• High level of initiative, energy and willingness to cooperate and learn from senior members of the organization.
