Who you are
About the jobYou will be part of the Business Development and Marketing team, and will work closely with other departments in Alfa Laval, to follow the market developments and understand the requirements of the market.As Technical Sales Coordinator you will administrate and execute IoT (Internet of Things) orders towards Alfa Laval Marine customers. You manage and follow-up IoT solutions from orders received until implementation at customer vessel. Including support and basic fault findings.
Your daily work will include a wide stretch of tasks:
Administrate and execute the IoT orders.
Execute order customizations.
First point of contact towards customer IT and support.
Order hardware.
Administrate IoT platform, customer account set-up and implementations of platform updates.
AL IoT portal admin and basic portal support FSE contact and installation support.
Remote commissioning of Connectivity and Connected Services.
Connectivity installed base administration.
What you know
Must have Excellent organizational skills with a detailed- and process-oriented approach
Must be capable in MicroSoft Office Sutie specifically MicroSoft Excel
Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage time efficiently with the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Great skills in English and swedish both in speech and in writing
Experienced or trained systems engineer are meritorious

The PureBallast product is marketed and sold entirely by Alfa Laval and you will act within the global Alfa Laval organization, with international contacts, both internally and externally.
