www.talurit.com We are now looking for a highly driven person to play a new role in our corporate group for a global market.
WORKING INSTRUCTIONS
Run, lead and organize sales projects within the Group through coaching activities and to develop methods for training, information, technical support, quality, instructions, etc.
Develop system sales concepts and package products for different customer groups and solution suggestions.
You streamline and build information transfer to sales staff within the group and at distributors.
You prepare and run sales projects that provide clear foundation for design and provide increased integration into technology cooperation with customers.
The offensive sales goals you reach by coaching, training and providing support to our global organization. You increase our customer base by running media and marketing activities and intensive contact work with our customers worldwide.
As a member of the Talurit Group's management team related to sales and quality work, you are working on continuous development and reporting directly to the CEO.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a leader with strong motivation and who is used to working strategically and proactively with the ability to see the whole and not just the product. You have documented experience of having achieved good results from similar assignments. To succeed in the role it is desirable with a technical background, you do not need to be a technical expert but have an interest in technology and fine mechanics. Experience in quality management is also highly appreciated.
Experience in development work and the production of complex products, as well as one piece production, are merits as well as experience from work with lean and/ or six sigma.
As a person, you are organized, planning while you are creative and innovative. You easily establish good partnerships and can educate and inform at all levels. You have a high work capacity and good stress resistance.
You act safely and confidently against customers, partners, internal and external contacts and has a resultoriented and innovative personality.
• You are a good leader and educator with experience from similar positions.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, additional languages are meritorious
• Very good presentation skills for larger and smaller groups
• Very good knowledge in modern media, generally high IT skills gladly with CAD knowledge and knowledge about ISO 9001.
• The service involves frequent travelling.
