We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Technical Sales and Training Representative. Do you want to join our team?
Role description
In this role your mission is to develop through local presence, the relationship with Dualtech's distributors in the Nordic region and Europe, with the aim to increase sales. More specifically, your role entails primarily to train and support the local distributors and their employees to make sure they are updated and have a good knowledge of Dualtech's offers and products. You have sole responsibility to plan and implement activities for customers on a 6-month and 12-month basis. This includes annual follow-up meetings, exhibitions and road shows. In addition, you are responsible for New Business activities and for generating new customer contacts.
The position includes approx. 100 travel days a year. The head quarter is located in Gothenburg. You report to the company's Vice President.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and solution oriented person. You are a team player who wants to join our team, and are able to create good relationships with both customers and co-workers. You enjoy working at a high pace and towards set goals. It is important that you are self-motivated and determined. You enjoy educating others and are confident in various social situations.
You have a technical post-secondary education, i.e. engineering. You also have interest and previous experience of technical sales and products. Furthermore, you have good understanding of developing customer relationships from a business perspective. It is a plus if you have previously worked in an international environment, including business travels. As you will be working in an international environment it is crucial that you speak and write English fluently. It is meriting if you have skills in the French language.
