In our Food team at AFRY you will meet a bunch of colleagues in the Nordics and Estonia, with different background and knowledge. Thanks to AFRYs strong brand and our talented co-workers we have the benefit of working with companies that are world leaders in their fields, both in Sweden and abroad. Our projects vary from greenfield to brownfield.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role you will work close to our regional sales team and build trust and strong relationships with our customers. We believe you are motivated by solving problems and finding tailored solutions for each customer. You will build and present technical solutions to our customers in the food and life science industry and follow projects from idea to hand-over and production-start. Your knowledge and experience from industrial production processes and automation will be useful, when you show our customers how our solutions will meet their needs.

We have a well-defined quality system and project methodology, that gives us the opportunity to offer our customers a complete application solution, including test, commissioning, quality assurance and documentation. We work according to standards and guidelines such as; ISA S88, ISA S95 and GAMP.
This role is based at AFRY's Malmö office, but the role will include travel within and outside of Sweden and possibilities to work in a hybrid work solution.
Qualifications
We are looking for a new colleague, with knowledge and experience from building relationships with customers and industrial automation, eager to take the next step together with us!
In our team we work close together, cross functional as well as in our own automation projects and consultancy assignments.
Here's the kind of experience and competences we think you bring with you:
Experience from building customer relationships and/or technical sales
Experience/knowledge within industrial automation
Experience from the process industry, and it is really great if it is from the food and pharma industry
It's great if you have a good understanding of the other technical disciplines.
You probably have a relevant post-secondary education
Fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken.
B-drivers license, since shorter and longer travels will be part of the work.
To thrive in the role, you need to be a self-starter with a great drive and good communication skills. You build trust and relationships, understand the client's needs and create innovative ideas and solutions. You are structured and have the ability to take the big picture into consideration without losing track of the result and project delivery. It comes natural to you to adjust to new pre-conditions.
