hela Sverige C/MIND is growing and is looking for another technical researcher/recruiter for our global talent acquisition team.
Our focus is primarily on senior roles in tech and your mission is to help our customers find more talented programmers for their tech teams. The work largely involves research and headhunting. You will seek, interview, test, evaluate and suggest people who match our customers' needs. Much of the work is about inspiring the candidates, and as such, your ability to communicate and understand the situation of others is very important.
We recruit talents globally and therefore are not limited by someone's geographical location. In your role, you meet people from a mix of cultures and backgrounds, so you will surely be developed into a social expert who can handle both personality types and help others handle personal challenges.
We offer our customers a full-service service that, if necessary, can be equated with a complete HR process. Therefore, we can offer you an intensive and varied work on a day-to-day basis.

Profile:
We are looking for someone who excels at research and information retrieval. As a person, you are communicative, outgoing and like networking. You like to share your ideas and want to contribute to the development of both yourself and others in your environment. At work you are solution-oriented and never give up when something is difficult. You like challenges and work in a systematically and structured way to achieve your goals.
As we only recruit developers, you need to have some technical understanding. You don't need to be a programmer yourself, but you may engage in it as a hobby, or be very interested in it.
HR and recruitment experience is a bonus but not required as we can teach you what you need to know and make sure you become one of the industry's best.
