hela Sverige We are looking for a technical recruiter to join our team. You have a positive and social personality, are self-driven and professional. You have a good background in sourcing and identifying senior technical competes.
Required skills and experiences
3+ years of technical recruiting experience
Sourcing and recruiting experience within the Telecom industry
Strong ability to source and identify passive candidates
Technical understanding of the telecommunication industry
Strong research and candidate generation skills
Proactive and self-motivated
Professional user of LinkedIn
Responsibilities:
Source senior candidates for professional technical and management positions
Screen and interview candidates for senior level positions within the telecommunication industry.
Work close with our managers today in order to create succefull recruitment result to our client.
CO-WORKER Technology has a close collaboration with one of the largest telecommunication company in the industry for sourcing senior competence. We assist with our services for both permanent and contract positions. We are today our client largest supplier of senior competence in the Nordic area. Our target is now to increase our present and also establish our services with our client in other R&D facilities in Europe. This position is a opportunity to join a growing company.
