This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven and experienced Technical Recruiter to join one of the most exciting and fastest growing Digital businesses in Europe.
As part of the Betsson Group Recruitment Team you will carry out hands-on recruitment for technical positions based in any one of our global offices but primarily Stockholm. You will hold complete responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle from establishing role descriptions, writing advertisements, identifying and sourcing world class talent through to conducting interviews and finally, employing the best. You will also play a lead role in recruitment projects, which could be as diverse as employer branding, assessment centre design and development, and internship programmes. We aim high and process improvement is a key part of your role; we are looking for somebody who wants to take challenge the status quo and improve the way we do things.
At Betsson, we love Data and our Recruitment team is no exception. As such we want people who thrive on tracking campaigns, crunching the numbers and take pride in quantifying their success.
You will also assist with external communications for the Betsson Group as an employer. This involves planning and execution of advertising, campaigns, events etc.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of proven Recruitment experience You might not be a techie but you speak developers' language(s), and understand what makes them tick!
• Experience of direct sourcing globally in a candidate-driven market
• Real passion for Recruitment with an energetic and driven approach
• Data Driven
• Results orientated
• Experience in delivering competency based interviews
• First class communication and stakeholder management skills
