hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos MittLogik Consulting AB i Lund We are now looking for a person who wants to work as a technical recruiter/HR support. Together with our People Experience Team, you will act as HR support and also be independently responsible for stages of the recruitment process.
The role will partly include:
To source, create and maintain a network of contacts with candidates through, for example; social media, LinkedIn, universities, etc.
Responsible for key stages of the recruitment process.
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from interviews preparations to assisting with final offer negotiation.
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired employees, and other candidate relationships.
Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
Plan onboarding with new employees, and work on process improvements.
Employer branding, making them visible as a company to the outside world.
Other administrative and HR-related tasks.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Over 2 years of commercial experience in Staffing & Recruitment.
Good communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems are desirable
A natural drive to succeed in your personal goals and celebrate the success of the team.
The ability to build relationships with different people and personalities.
The ability to handle adversity and rejection.
High Energy, determination and resilience.
Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.
Fluency in English, Swedish is desirable.
