Job Description
Having a minimum of 3-5 years full life cycle recruiting experience within the tech industry; including but not limited to; talent sourcing, ATS expertise, and working knowledge of metrics tracking is a great start.
You will need to have a strong background in technology recruiting, with a proven ability to source and close strong tech talent.
You will need the ability to handle a high req load within a fast paced environment, and provide top service to our hiring managers.
You will be responsible for prescreening candidates and communicating with hiring managers, presenting a diverse candidate pool and attracting/ pushing forth top talent.
You will need the ability to source and target passive candidates for many hard to fill tech positions; while also creating a future pipeline.
We want to hear about how you've successfully managed multiple candidates simultaneously and how you've demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
You have a passion for a high quality candidate experience and ensure that every candidate is treated with respect. You embrace technology.
You have the ability to easily engage with candidates, hiring managers, peers and colleagues in HR and other Key stakeholders.
