<p>On behalf of one of Just Arriveds clients, we are looking for a technical recruiter to join their HR team. By joining this team you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. The recruitment gang at our client is a small, well knitted team. They are the team that help scale the organization.</p>

<p>The assignment is to start with 3 months with good chances to extension of the contract. This is a Consultant assignment through Just Arrived. That means that you will work as an Consultant at our client and be employed by Just Arrived. <p><strong>About the position</strong><br />
As a recruiter you are expected to do full-cycle recruitment from day one. From first meeting with hiring manager to closing the candidate. We want you to be comfortable in all aspects of the recruitment process. With your great communication skills you will interact with both passive and active candidates. You know that speed and candidate experience is the key to success in your job and you will gladly help improve internal processes.</p>

<p><strong>Skills & Requirements</strong><br />
To be successful in this role we believe that you might have:</p>

<ul>
<li>Worked in a company where talent acquisition is seen as acquisition.</li>
<li>You have a few years of experience within recruitment (doesn't have to be as a recruiter).</li>
<li>Probably have a technical interest or background of some kind.</li>
<li>Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus</li>
</ul>
