Technical Quality Manager
The automotive industry is going through a major transition, and the future cars/mobility services will be more and more connected and contain more and more software. In order to be able to ensure safe products for the future, the quality work plays an important role. Therefore, we are now strengthening our Product Development Quality team with two additional Technical Quality Managers who will focus on these aspects.
The objective of the Technical Quality Manager is to secure a safe product including services with regards to System Safety, Functional Safety and Cyber Security, towards the R&D line organizations both in Sweden and in China.
This includes for example:
* Working with Confirmation Reviews CR to fulfill Std- System Safety (ISO26262) together with a 3: party reviewer.
* Quality Assurance within Cyber Security (ISO 21434) in respect of Quality Assurance identification, actions are implemented. within the projects. (securing that requirement are cascaded, understood, and fulfillment of those).
* Usage of quality tools to perform Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Control including Risk management, and Lessons Learned
The position belongs to the Product Development Quality department, and you will join a team of 15 people, of which 8 Technical Quality Managers.
The team is characterized by a very good team spirit, open and good communication, and a very supportive culture. You can expect to have a lot of support from your colleagues to get up to speed in your role here in CEVT and the department has built up a very good cooperation with the R&D departments as well as all the other key functions in the company.
Suitable background and profile:
* Good technical IT understanding
* Process/ISO skills (worked with ISO26262, ISO21434 and ISO 27001, building processes or other ISO standards)
* Experience from the automotive industry beneficial
* Practically oriented person, it is important that the work can be applied in reality
* Good communication skills
