We currently have the following job opening;
Technical Quality Manager
As Technical Quality Manager you will lead and drive the quality work within the technical areas and vehicle projects. You will be a representative quality person in the Technical Project Team, supporting the team with Quality actions and guidelines.
Quality Assurance of Milestone and Gateways (Leading the R&D in what to be expected), Planning the MS /GW planning and judging the outcome. Securing the Product Quality via PQSP, FMEA work working closely with the R&D functions
Responsibilities and tasks
- Technology area's quality history (QH), completed using the QH Worksheet and question/drive that the basic causes and counter measures are included in the QH Worksheet.
- FMA driver/ facilitator for Robustness assessment and X-FMEA
- Project specific quality history, including discussion with project leaders.
- Input to the engineering plan, to recommend quality activities/methods.
- Perform Lessons Learned within the Projects
- Compile the quality roadmap on project level and implement the PSS Quality Review.
- Approves the Vehicle Project audit plan and supports the Vehicle project by Milestone planning and to interpret Milestone deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate the technical program according to Gateway deliverables in the decided audit plan
Requirements
- Education from university/technical College or equivalent experience
- Several years of professional experience.
- Educated in quality tools and reliability engineering (e.g. FMEA, Robust engineering, Weibull)
- Good knowledge of methods for analysis of reliability and customer inquiries.
- Engineering knowledge in the system area including knowledge of good solutions from our competitors.
- Knowledge and experience in, Vehicle development process logic is a plus.
- Engineering knowledge in the system area including knowledge of good solutions from our competitors
- Knowledge and experience in product development process, VPDS is a plus.
- Good planning and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and lead organization in problem solving methods.
- Ability to prioritize and to work systematically
- Verified Black Belt is an advantage.
- Experience in design within the current field of technology is a plus.
- Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written.
- Be able to travel to China on regular basis.
