DSO CV&E is seeking a Manager for Technical Publications in Lund. In this position, you will lead a team of approximately 15 engineers working within Product Development and Product Life Cycle and liaise with our international contacts.
CV&E Lund Technical Publications is responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation for our Down Stream and Filling Equipment. This includes both Tetra Pak and third-party equipment. As manager, your focus will be to secure the quality, usability and the
on-time delivery of technical manuals connected with the equipment. You will have a close cooperation with the various stake holders such as Engineers, Technical Managers, Project Managers, and others to find synergies and drive technical alignment for all equipment.
Main responsibilities
• Allocation of resources and tasks, define competences, methods and planning for the creation and updating of technical documentation.
• Follow up of the content and quality of technical documentation according to the required specifications both from a safety and legal perspective.
• Ensure that technical documentation complies to the relevant Corporate Standards for Tetra Pak Technical Publications.
• Recruit and develop competences within the department.
• Plan and control the budget for the department (relevant CC).
• Liaise with Management and Purchasing functions for resource issues and planning
Qualifications
To be a success in this position you will need to have strong personal drive and the ability to make things happen. You can effectively manage multiple challenges and project interactions simultaneously. You have strong collaboration and communications skills and the ability to build trust and relationships across organisational boundaries both internally and externally.
You have a minimum of 6 years professional experience working with Technical Publications and equipment development for the food and dairy industry. You have a good knowledge in Mechanical Design and Automation.
Furthermore, you have a good understanding of the Tetra Pak environment. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
