The technical Productivity Manager coordinates and deploys technical productivity activities throughout the Mjällby division utilizing the Project & Product Excellence (?2PX?) organization. He/she ensures that actions and ideas are identified and are delivered according to the budget established. He/she works will the complete organization to identity potential saving. He/she drives workshops, brainstorming cessions.
Demands:
• M.Sc in mechanical engineering with 3 years experience or B.Sc with 5 years experience in related field.
• Knowledge in manufacturing methods and material
• Knowledge in project planning
• Strong oral and written communication
Responsibilities:
• Deliver the planned technical productivity identified
• Identify new potential saving
• Manage the product change
• Manage the IAR (Investment Authorization request) if needed
• Manage and/or work with a team composed of designers, manufacturing engineer, purchasing, quality team members
The position is located in Mjällby.
