We are looking for a person with a technical interest and understanding of the whole value chain from design, deliver to customer operation. You have a passion for product improvements and taking the technical root cause all the way back to improve how we work.
You are a good communicator and enjoy being able to solve problems once and for all.
About the job
You will work with the larger technical investigations to support, coordinate and contribute to the projects and project teams. Manage a portfolio overview and secure overall progress in the projects.
You will be responsible for the preparations for claim Steering committee and contributing with the holistic perspective in the investigations, with customers and other Alfa Laval entities in mind. You are managing the claims priority board with a cross functional team to take decisions on incoming problems.
Data analyses performed whenever necessary as well as a continuous search for non-conformity patterns in our products.
Good communication with key stakeholders and management is important in this role as well as putting the customer experience first.
Your focus and main tasks will be:
* Securing success in solving our largest technical problems on our products.
* Taking the technical root cause all the way back to improve how we work, to secure right from start.
* Managing Claims Priority Board & Claims Steering committee
* Securing fact-based decisions in investigations.
What you know
* B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree with relevant specialization
* Experience in working with technical product improvements.
* Problem solving abilities e.g., DMAIC
* Project management skills.
* Experience from Risk analysis work is meritorious.
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.
