As Technical Project Manager Nordics at Yara Odor and H2S Solutions you will be part of a dynamic and fast growing team of about 20 Odor and H2S specialist working across the Nordics as well as a global team of about 50 professionals, serving both public and industrial customers. The team is expanding and your role will include both setting the foundation and building the competence base to create a standard form for the role, that later on will expand in the rest of Europe.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your position will include responsibility for technical projects from start to finish, including planning, engineering and delivering technical projects utilizing Yara Odor and H2S Solutions.
You will be responsible for:
* Communication on an appropriate level to the major stakeholders of the project
* Preparation of technical documents, drawings, specifications for major components
* Following up the key areas such as estimating, scheduling, resource planning, HESQ, risk management as well as the technical key engineering disciplines
* Support sales team in submitting tenders by providing all required technical information
* Managing and steering the commissioning team
* Following and implementing Yara 's directives, procedures, best practices and operating standards
* Ensure strict fulfilment of Yara 's Ethics & Compliance, Code of Conduct and safety rules with strong focus on proactive safety work and specific H2S related safety matters
IN ADDITION...
As Technical Project Manager Nordics you will report to the Head of Sales for Odor and H2S Solutions in Sweden and Denmark. Your home base will be at Yara Odor and H2S Solutions office situated in Älvsjö, Stockholm. However the position requires that you have a driver 's license and the willingness to travel since you will be making some business trips within the Nordics.
WHO ARE YOU?
Yara Odor and H2S Solutions is searching for a person, having graduated from technical school or having a degree in engineering. Similar, previous experience with engineering and project management methodologies, assessment, analysis of customer needs and issues translated into technical requirements is also desirable. This position also requires that you have experience in management of engineering or construction projects, as you will be leading commissioning teams. Autocad expertise or similar knowledge is also a requirement. It 's also important that you have good communication skills as you will be responsible for both internal and external communication. Good problem solving and team player skills are of an essence, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
Previous knowledge of air treatment, waste water treatment, waste handling processes or biological degradation processes is a plus.
