hela Sverige We are now looking for a technically skilled project manager / integrator to our customers Stockholm office. Every week, they connect new services to their network of systems. When they sign a new partner, they integrate the specific system and, in many cases, other systems in their vicinity.
They now need to reinforce the team with at least one person who has knowledge and a great interest in business processes, APIs and flows across different types of software. Technically they work with Web Services, protocols such as SOAP and WSDL (XML) as well as Web API, RESTful web services, public APIs that use HTTP (s) (JSON / XML).
As a project manager, you will work close to their major customers and/or their software partners to understand specific customer requirements and opportunities with the various communications interfaces. They work with everything from very small companies to companies like Siemens Building Technologies and some of Europe's fastest growing software companies and the role requires professionalism, knowledge and ability to drive projects forward, both internally and externally.
You will work closely and report to their CPO.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are a proactive and curious person who wants and sees new effective ways to work on. Furthermore, you understand the value of close and professional communication and cooperation. You also understand the importance of delivering high quality throughout the project.
You have previous experience, and good references from work with project management and at least some integrations.
YOUR SKILLS
• Relevant academic background
• 2+ years of documented experience in project management
• Excellent problem solving and analytical ability
• Speak and write in English fluently as most of the communication takes place in English-speaking teams in Kiev and a large number of international partners/customers
• Strong ability to think independently but still work effectively with your team
• Technical knowledge that is credited: XML / XSD, Web Service, protocols such as SOAP and WSDL, XML, Web API, RESTful web services, public APIs using HTTP(s), JSON / XML, Postman
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Work cross-functionally across teams and countries, to design and implement best-in-class friction-less experiences for our customers partners and their customers
• You are part of the product team and will review API documentation and communicate with their partner/customer to achieve the best possible solution. Your team includes other people who handle the actual mappings of data, your role is more about project management and getting started with systems as well as helping their partners with onboarding when the flows work well
• Continuously seek and implement opportunities for improvement of the products and experiences
• Be accountable for a consistent best-in-class usability experience
