Your role
You will work with development of our world class command and control systems. The systems have been developed over years and includes real high end functionality tailored for our customers. Our systems are the brain, collecting information from many different sensors, presenting the current situation for the operator. We deliver to both Swedish and international customers.
Your role will be technical leader, either an Agile Product Owner or a Technical Project Manager, for a number of teams or for a complete project.
You will work in one of our projects, in an agile environment, together with our experienced colleagues. You will be responsible for the technical solution. The role includes a lot of communication, internally as well as externally, with customers and other stakeholders.
Tasks will include
* Technical lead, planning, coordination and follow-up
* Analyze customer and market requirements
* System design solutions
* System architecture and interfaces
* Define system requirements and functionality
* Being the point of contact for customers in technical matters

To thrive in this role, you are a self-motivated person with great communication skills. You have proven experience as a technical leader. You are used to efficiently collaborating with team members as well as other stakeholders. You are social, creative and structured and not afraid to think new.
You should have a proactive attitude in the job and actively navigate around the organization to solve and prevent problems and challenges.
You have a bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or equivalent knowledge obtained in another way and you have long experience in the field of Systems Engineering.
Required skills:
* Excellent Technical leadership skills
* Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
* Solid knowledge in Systems Engineering
* Good analytical skills
If you have experience as an Agile Product Owner and/or product development according to agile methods, it is a merit.
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
What you will be a part of
Business Area Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions, and Cyber Security.
At our division Operation Sweden, you will be part of developing our world-class Combat Systems and C4I Solutions. You will collaborate with experienced engineers and professionals in an environment that fosters career development and personal growth. You will be part of the C2S unit who develop command & control systems for air, naval and land domains. The team you will join consists primarily of System Engineers based in Järfälla. C2S is part of the Business Area Surveillance.
