Currently, we are looking for experienced Project Managers to run and coordinate multidisciplinary projects, to increase efficiency and quality of our product. You will be part of a new team designated to improve deliverance and output our industrialization projects. As Project Manager you will lead and support our cross functional teams working to improve upscaling processes in a highly dynamic environment. In addition, you will manage project scope and development. Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables. Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and its life cycles.
Key responsibilities
Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings

That said, to thrive in this position we believe you have strong knowledge of different project methodologies and extensive experience from project management. Experience from our field of branch is an advantage and knowledge of manufacturing, production processes and purchasing are qualities we prioritize. Engineering degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc. or similar) is required.
