General purpose
As a Technical Project Manager at Syntronic, you are responsible for both small and large-scale projects. You lead and allocate assignments to your team members. We trust in your ability to ensure that the results meet, or exceed, quality requirements.
In your new role as a Technical Project Manager, you create conditions for a good working environment and are constantly on the look-out for new opportunities.
Your time management skills allow for continuous progress and ensure that deadlines are met. You conduct follow-ups and re-prioritize when necessary.
Position requirements:
• College or civil engineering degree in the relevant field
• Knowledge and skills within the area of project management
• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Result-oriented and strategic: You create plans, subgoals and activities that ensure a smooth journey towards goals and deadlines.
• Excellent cooperation skills: You are a responsive and attentive team player who values other people's opinions, expertise, and accomplishments. You listen, communicate and uphold a constructive dialogue.
