About the job
You will be working in a team together with some of the best technically skilled and brilliant people in the business. You will, along with the team, help make the world a safer place by providing companies and organizations with protection against Cyber attacks and other malicious activities. You will help build some of the most secure IT systems that are protecting our national security and citizens as well as some of the highest performing and complex IT environments. We need your help in coordinating and scheduling all the projects, both with our resources but also the customer, as well as removing any blockers. You will thus be a central part of all our larger projects and a key component of our team, or as we say in Swedish, you will be 'Modermodemet, själva hjärtat I hårddisken.'

Who's right for the job?
You are a person with experience leading IT projects with strong technical expertise around Microsoft Infrastructure and/or Cyber Security. You might have a background as a professional expert before you realized that your passion and core strengths were more around working with people, planning, scheduling and the management of IT and IT-related projects than being hands-on and knee-deep in technology or equivalent experience. You are flexible, can make fast decisions, and adjust schedules based on new information and prioritize.
Required skills/experience
• Several years of IT Project Management Experience
• Knowledge of the most common project management frameworks (such as Pejl or Props)
• Good general knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure
• High-Level of Documentation Skills
Good to know
• Communications Skills at CxO Level
• Natural Leadership skills
• Good general understanding of Cyber Security
Your job will be all-rounded, and things you may do is brainstorming the project, planning the project, scheduling, and designation of project tasks to team members, execution of each phase of the project, managing the project's budget and time-schedule, communicating with all stakeholders, collaborating with other departments to achieve a common goal
Location
We strongly believe in working remotely from home but want you to live around Stockholm as a majority of our customers are located here. Our office is in the heart of Stockholm, 1 minute from Hötorgets subway station, and roughly 5-10 minutes walk from the commute and central train station. Providing plenty of services and restaurants in the area by walking distance.

Our aim is to find a suitable new team member as swiftly as possible and prefer a process that takes 1-2 weeks then months. We will select a few final candidates to perform a practical test related to the role you are applying for. As we work with classified information and you may work in projects involving National Security, we do a mandatory security background check on all new hires.
