What will you be doing?
You will be working with our customers - major retail banks. As a project manager, you will be making sure multiple software integration projects are successful and on time. A true problem-solver, you have no problems being the spider-in-the-web and making sure that no task is blocked. When needed, you get on that plane and make sure whatever is stuck can be unstuck. You are as comfortable in pre-sales meetings, technological discussions as you are in tough planning sessions to deliver on a tricky deadline.
As a Project Manager for bank integrations, you will also have a central role with our customers, and your ability to communicate and drive forward is key. You'll be involved (but not driving) in sales and form a strong bond with our customers - a requirement for successful integration and delivery.

A clear communicator, team player, and humble leader - Passionate about delivering large, technical software projects that impact many stakeholders -Love for building close partnerships with our customers and caring among your colleagues - You are genuinely happy when you do what is needed to remove something that's blocking your project, or solving a tough problem - Enjoy puzzling together priorities from internal desires and partner demands - Genuine excitement for our fast growth and amazing potential - Proven experience in delivering intricate IT integration projects to large corporations, and the complexity that brings in:- Time management - scheduling, task assignment, work tracking, and reporting - Cost management - keep your budget and forecast on it - Quality management - define and manage a successful delivery - Risk management - evaluate and mitigate risks strategically, while running fast - Relationship management - care for a group of diverse people both externally and internally
